What are the steps to working together on my wedding flowerS?

Q:
04

We'll continue to stay in touch and update your order as your design develops! At the 6 week mark, we'll reach out to confirm the details. We finalize orders at 30 days out, and final payment is due 15 days out.

05

On wedding day, our team of designers will make sure every detail we discussed is flawlessly carried out!

03

Estimates typically go through a round or two of revisions. After, we ask for a signed event contract and deposit payment. If you'd like to review our contract ahead of speaking, please let us know and we'd be happy to send a copy through.

01

Start with an inquiry form here. We'll respond quickly with a link to a wedding intake form for you to submit online. Don't worry too much about the details -- nothing is etched in stone.

02

After we receive your intake form, we'll reach out to schedule a meeting virtually. Parents and planners are welcome! Within 2 weeks after meeting, we'll provide a detailed, written floral estimate.

From the first phone call we had discussing my vision, to the personal and meticulous proposal work that Dakotah pulled together and tweaked as we nailed down additional design vendors, to the final reveal of all of the floral arrangements and bouquets on the big day, every interaction was

thoughtful, personal, and kind.

And the final result really showed it -- everything was even better than how I had envisioned it. It was truly perfection.

Peak season in the Lowcountry is March - June, and September - November. We recommend booking approximately a year out if you are planning a wedding during this time, and six months out if you are planning to get married in the off season. But truly, as long as you have a venue booked and a date selected, we can get started whenever you are ready!

When is peak wedding season, and How far in advance should I book?

We do not sell individual flowers. We are a full service florist, and believe that you and your family should spend your wedding day celebrating together, not working.

Can we purchase flowers by the bunch or stem to diy our own ARRANGEMENTS?

Q:

Absolutely, sure can! But we only service these events if and after we're contracted for wedding day. We hold this space on our event calendar (no pressure!) once a wedding deposit is placed, if you or your family would like to add to the scope of work at a later time.

Can you provide flowers for other wedding-related events?

Q:

Unless otherwise specified, all items are rental products and will be retrieved by Jardiniere staff at the end of the evening. Fresh flowers are yours to keep, please let us know ahead of time what you plan on taking, and we can configure the arrangements in a way that allows easy transportation. Any flowers left behind will be disposed of, composted, or distributed to venue staff.

What happens to the flowers and decor after our event?

Q:

In the 10 years we've been doing this, we've seen a lot. Like, a lot.

Unless you have a full-service wedding planner, some degree of communication between the couple and Jardiniere is required, regardless of who signs the contract and pays the bill. Studio policy requires the initial phone consultation include the Bride or Groom.

After the proposal phase, you're more than welcome to say,
"please talk to my mom."

Can you work directly with my mom/friend/other person?

Any more questions?

let's do this thing →

+ Have fun. flowers are fun, this part of the planning process needs to be enjoyable.

+ allow the design to be fluid. communication and confidence is all we need to build something great together.

+ You don't need to know what you want, or how to speak "flower." I'm here to help.
