DIY -- PART 1
Any and all DIY projects must be disclosed prior to your wedding day. Jardiniere staff does not store, unpack, or set up any decor elements we are not providing ourselves. DIY -- PART 2
Jardiniere is not responsible for damages that may occur to any decor items provided by the bride and groom or extended families. DIY -- PART 3
Jardiniere must be the sole provider of all floral-specific decor. This is for crediting purposes, to ensure the floral design created under the Jardiniere brand is of the quality we expect and are known for. DIY -- PART 4
We do not store large items. Smaller items to be incorporated directly into the floral design may be stored at the approval of your designer no longer than one week leading up to the wedding. All glass, candleware, linens, and other decor products are rentals unless otherwise specified.

Communication between the bride and her designer is required, regardless of who signs the contract and pays the bill. We are more than happy to work with parents and members of the bridal party, but the bride must be included in all correspondence, and approve any changes to the design.
We do not sell flowers by the stem, bunch, or bucket.
We are a full service florist, and believe that you and your family should spend your wedding day celebrating together, not building bouquets and centerpieces. We do not deliver or install weddings at private residences unless a wedding planner or coordinator is involved.
We provide fresh floral arrangements only, as opposed to silk. In certain instances, will will incorporate silk blooms into real arrangements. Your designer will talk you through this if the situation applies.
We do not service rehearsal dinners unless we are providing flowers for the wedding.
